Its kinda funny actually how everyone tries to dress Khamul in weirdly shaped crowns and masks while in the same time completely ignoring actual Easterling theme from the movies. :P
he actually looked like that in the third hobbit film.
It is likely that this design seen in Five Armies is Khamul (unless I'm mistaken and the production have said that it was). The reason the fans and modding teams believe this is Khamul is because it is similar to the Easterling design. =D
If you read the production books of the hobbit movies you'll know that this IS Khamul.^^ They wrote it there.
It still is incredibly likely but there are 5 pictures on that page.
The text on that same page talking about Khamul was written by Paul Tobin and the image that we believe to be Khamul is by David Falconer.
Fans also believe that Peter Jackson cameoed as this Nazgul, given the body shape and that he has cosplayed as a character with a similar design silhouette.
