Development Phase 2 of 4......Done!
I'm really happy to announce that development phase 2 of 4 is done!It means that the main gameplay elements, and the rough graphical environment exists. In the now coming phase 3, we'll concentrate on the details. First, we'll start with the graphical details, as there needs to be done a lot.
As announced, we're also going to change news-system. Instead of every week, we're going to present you the lastest news every 3 weeks. But we'll keep uploading pictures every week.
Also please notice, that we're not going to present you every new piece of dust, as I'm doing now ;)
But enough bubbling, let's get to the progress of this week.
Ambient Occlusion in Bf2? Yes, you're right....or not. It's just faked AO and it's only visible in the bunker, but it looks very good there (in my eyes). It would be cool if you could write in the comment which one do you like more :)
I added some details for the bunker and there will also be coming much more. But for now, I added a bit of dirt, some new ventilation shafts and a Canadian flag, for the patriotism ;)
With this thing, you shouldn't get lost anymore in the bunker. Oh, but what's that question mark?
The conference room
The room for the VIPs. In here, I'll place the flag, right in the middle of this table.
This should give you some options to defend the flag, together with some MGs.
Welcome a new member to our development team
Nexusmax has joined our team, and he's a great texture artist and modeler who has already some experience in the hell of Bf2 modding. I hope for a nice time with him :)
