This changes the Veterancy values so leveling up your units is actually useful, makes your units at Elite rank: 75% better armor, 200% fire rate, 90% better reload rate, 200% faster movement speed. Makes levelling up slower, but if your units can survive, they can become truly devastating once levelled up, so keeping your units alive is beneficial.
