What my mod do: Increased limits of relations from (-100 ; 100) to (-300: 300). Returned boost popularity and stage coup to dimplomacy menu. Increased max limit of diplomatic pressure from 20 to 50. Increased limit of volunteer. Added goverment in exile for all countries. Reduced numbers of world tension and dependence on ideology to join alliance. Increased relations boost for volunteers and lend-lease. Better use this mod with mod Allied construction (for best experience), as well as use Expert AI 4.0
