Alright guys so in jsut one day progress has come far no there has not been an infection beam yet and it will not be promised unfortunatly, so far we have not found any way to impliment a beam taht would capture a ship. However we have made a little work around for you guys, we call it the Hive Drone. The Hive drone is a small craft the size of a probe that quickly moves into an enemy fleet and latches on to the ships, they count as fighters making it a tactical cdecision between getting larger more powerful ships and getting smaller more agile fighter craft. The Hive drone has proven to be extremely hard to hit but have low health so youve got to hit them fast before they latch on. Also we have a new Ion cannon for the beast. Several new ships will be gracing the image gallery soon such as the Hive ship, and several new fighters and corvettes.
