What if the Cylons hadn't been able to hack into the Colonial defence network? I am looking for a 3D artist with knowledge of creating and rigging 3D models and converting them to .alo format to make them compatible with the game Star Wars: Empire at War Forces of Corruption.
This person would need to be able to create and texture models for both land and space, with moveable turrets and a good level of detail. The models would need to have bones for attaching hardpoints and preferrably the ability to make deathclones to simulate the destruction when one of these ships is destroyed.
These models are for use in a mod of the afore mentioned game which is based in the universe of the sci-fi series Battlestar Galactica, primarily the reimagined 2004 series. This is a total conversion mod with the aim of replacing all existing model content and while I have so far managed to achieve most of this there is still a way to go.
As this is a mod rather than a professional product I would not be expecting you to work to a set timetable and there would be considerable freedom over some aspects of your work, particularly when working on all new designs such as units for the non canon pirate faction.
You would need to be experienced in using a modelling programme such as 3Ds Max and have the required plugin software to convert to alo. format. Ideally someone with prior work on a SW:EAW mod would be desireable.
