Nope - if you take a look at reference images of the vehicle, you'll see that the model is quite accurate: Starwars.wikia.com
FragMe!, the creator of the model, did a really fantastic job.
does it use it's front leg while walking or only while firing it's main gun? cuz it's officially a two legged vehicle...
The third leg drops down while the vehicle is stationary, and folds back up while the vehicle is in motion.
