Update 2nd august: This mod now adds 5 quests, find the strange hunter near the balmora market stall's and find Old Ted in Caldera to start the quests. old Its a small mod, which adds two new npc's with market stalls and some living area to the east side of the balmora river, near the north wall.
Description
Place .esp file in morrowind/data then when you launch morrowind activate it in data files. Requires morrowind patched, no expansion-packs required. This Update's main features are a new entrance to Balmora, new Market Stall's with traders and a new row of house's. This version is no longer supported
