inventions are guaranteed to fire in one month
Engineers/Cavalry can no longer be built
Naval bases and Fort can be built by ai, like factories.
Certain provinces have oil/rubber/precious metal at start.
Infrastructure gives off a +200% bonus
As of V0.06
Can get cores on neighboring countries by decision
Can instantly go from unciv to civ from decision
Can instantly annex all chinese substates/vassals as chinese empire when civilized
Can instantly assimilate all non primary cultures by decision
