Skill requirements for all perks that have 10 additional levels (Barbarian, Juggernaut, Overdraw etc) are now rebalanced.
So for example, 9th level of Juggernaut perk now requires 70 skill points of Heavy Armor instead of 100 points.
You do know that 567 is technically the maximum armor rating, right? 567 is 85% reduction in damage and it does not calculate higher then that, meaning 85% is the highest you can get.
