All my Ashley mods are now combined into a DLC. Face and body makeover with her ME1 face and texture (less makeup), alliance uniform replacing the blue uniform (Alliance uniform texture the work of Ottemis), a ponytail when in uniform (hair down for hospital and romance), armor mod plus helmet mod, all now combined. Now have released the whole thing as a DLC. Simply unzip and put the folder in your BIOGame\DLC folder.

Now her hair's down but her uniform is alliance marine. This scene and the hospital are where loose, flowing hair make sense.
