Patch 1.1 - little corrections file - Arsenal Overhaul + Dynamic HUD + Extras - FR+EN mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky

- Added Artifact loot rebalance, with a rare chance, depending quality, faction, and location, to loot artifacts.

- Replace value of dog tail : 30 RU is useless, and doesn't even deserve to lost time to take a look at dogs bodys. At 100 RU, it deserve more our time ^^, even if it's not really a great amount... normal, it's a dog tail ;)

- Added restriction to selling your sleepingbag, just in case you sell it by inadvertance ;)

- E-rubles was not used at all in the Zone... now very few sellers have some, and almost all sellers are ok to use it ^^
