Replaced the German national flag with Rhode Island.

Also includes bgm of Arknights,If BGM is not needed, please do not overwrite the Sound folder.

Because this will overwrite your original music and cannot be restored.

This mod can be tested online, without any data adjustments, and is not compatible with conventional mods (the text will be wrong,green version like the Napoleonic era mod does not affect), it is recommended to use the mod manager.
