African Kingdoms image - Aoe 2 HD New units and terrain re-skin mod for Age of Empires II HD Edition
New modpack for AoE HD that redesign all the terrains and units. With the incoming HD remake i was really sad that the only remarkable features where moving water and new weird cliffs. So i decide to finish something that started 5 years ago and this is the result, i really hope you all enojoy it and have some fun :)

But will the expansion feature unique units for each faction? (I.e. would be strange to se an African knight in heavy armor)
Aztecs and co. already have armoured infantry with double handed swords, arbalests, halbediers, etc. So...

You guys should redo some of the substandard assets in the forgotten dlc too. Especially the Italians

This may sound really strange but how do you enable the mod? I extracted the files to the 'mod' folder in the game directory and enabled the mod from the steam workshop but i see no changes.
