New modpack for AoE HD that redesign all the terrains and units. With the incoming HD remake i was really sad that the only remarkable features where moving water and new weird cliffs. So i decide to finish something that started 5 years ago and this is the result, i really hope you all enojoy it and have some fun :)

Hey guys! its been a long time.
I have news, probably bad because this means that the mod will still on pause for more time.
But the good news is that I am working on a New game, its Called Feudal wars.

The good thing is that it will be like aoe so you guys will feel really familiar with it.
Also, remember that in aoe when you create villagers they can randomly be female or male?
Well here I am designing the units to have like 5 variations of the same one, so when you create lets say a champion, it can have 5 different looks but still similar, the armies will look really awesome and variated and not like clone wars like in aoe that the unit always look the same.
Hope you guys like this and I hope you guys also liked my work on the African Kingdoms.

The random unit skins sounds interesting,But I was hoping to see a different unit skins done for each faction eg holy roman empire looking different to teutonic order.

So basically you are making a new AoE? Why not. It will at least work better and smoother than AoE2HD. Good luck.
Is not I who is making it, I dont know anything about programming. I am in charge of the graphics but yeah, the idea is to make a new aoe that will work for everybody with no problems, will not require installation and will be free :D
Of course some stuff will change but the core idea will be similar to keep you guys still at home.
Once the kickstarter starts there will be a lot of more info.
taking into account how long takes to do a game from nothing... this mod will be paused forever? Because I doubt that you finish that game in 2, 4, 6, 8, o 12 months...
At least you can adapt the mod for use it with the Afrikan Kingdoms...
If you check out the video link, I am just the graphic artist there, the guy in charge Chris is the programmer and is doing an exptionally fast work.
The release date will be this year :)
You can try some of the demos if you want, they are extremely basic because is pre alpha, but to get an idea of what the engine is capable to do.
Concerning the content that I made for feudal wars, I am sure people will find out ways to put it in aoe since both have similar visuals, and feudal wars is beign made to be extremely modable, is a lot easier to mod than aoe.
