IF YOU INSTALLED v1.4 DELETE IT AND INSTALL THIS INSTEAD

I fixed a bug that slowed the game to a crawl by 1850-1860. The error has been corrected, so download this version.

Another problem popped up later, a few of the events I added had the same ID. Very sorry guys I should have checked this before uploading.

France and Kazakhstan oobs (troop placement) updated

Russia has a decision to demand land from Xinjiang after they colonise central asia

Elsass name changed to Burgundy and Absolute Monarchy flag was updated

Qinghai name changed to Zunghar and Absolute Monarchy flag was updated

Zunghar now has the ability to unite their land by annexing Tibet,
Mongolia, Tannu Tuva and Xinjiang through a decision after westernisation
