This is a rebuild the graphics portion of HPL2 engine in DirectX12 for windows and Vulkan for Linux. These changes are based on the publicly available source from Frictional Games. There are a list of things I want to do to HPL2, some of my ramblings can be found in the project issue tacker on github. I'm open if anyone wants to submit or fix bugs in my branch, there is still a lot to cleanup and work on if anyone is interested. I have some plans to build a new renderer next to the tweaked one but that depends on my time.

Description

Hot patch to fix graphical bugs. ghost particles/black edges around parallax. A lot of prep changes for how meshes will be handled in a newer scheme. might be less stable then the last build I published.
