Ambition et la Gloire is a mod focused on the Coalition wars after 1805, early 19th century, all the way to 1815. The main factions are: France, Great Britain, Prussia, Austria, Russia, and the Ottoman Empire. The mod's aim is to create a historically accurate version of the Napoleonic Wars. The Napoleonic Wars were a series of wars from Napoleon's coronation all the way to his final exile to St. Helena. Six "coalitions" were formed to try to combat him and his allies, and the first four all failed. In only 35 years, Napoleon went from the son of a petty noble fighting against France on the barren island of Corsica to the French Emperor. From the French Emperor he became leader of Spain, France, Germany and Poland. He was exiled to the little island of Elba where he rebuilt it in Paris' image and returned to fight another war. He fought until 1815 when he was defeated and he was exiled permanently to a rocky island in the Atlantic to live out his days in loneliness and boredom.
