In the 1950's the U.S. government wanted to assure that people could be good parents to their future children. It became law that you had to take a 50 question test to see if you were aloud to have children. After a year of that test an inventor named Marcus Moore created the "Interactive Computer Processing Test of Parental Skills". Someone added a virus. It all went down hill.

A WIP map.
i actualy just used this snap and all the other ones so that the admin would see "progress" and authorise it. I have actualy made a so many changes to this map that it doesnt even look like this anymore.
