A modification and update to Kontra Kommando's Aliens TC 2017 [v1.2] remake of the original Aliens TC by Justin Fisher
Touched up Kontra's Alien (TC) 2017 v1.2 file Aliens (TC) [v 1.2] by converting the Dehacked lump into decorate for the various decorations so that everything will render and behave correctly on Zandronum and GZDoom(including the flashlight with GZDoom's change to pitch calculations). And added NET to the scripts so that this can be played online with zandronum (have been playing testing it online for the past few days).
*Update 03/19/2022: Added dynamic light to all spark actors (bullet puffs), adjusted projectile spawns on Ripley's Plasmarifle, modified the weapon spawners so that there is a chance for every weapon in-game to spawn during normal play (like Ripley's gun), modified the ammo spawners, fixed all the player actor states (calling for non-existent frames causing players to blink online), and replaced the RadSuit(is never needed) with an AliensBackpack actor (gives backpack and one grenade).
*Update 04/15/2022: Modified the player taunts (zandronum only) for each class, fixed-up the Ripley'sCustomPulseRifle code which was a mess like it's reloading states, tweaked what actors are turned into aliens back to whatever decoration they used to be from watching videos of Aliens TC on youtube (too many things were turned into aliens). Reduced the size of the autoturret HUD icon, fixed the flame-operator mugshot having blue eyes, made the smartgun HUD 75% transparent and adjusted it's text messages. Made the AlienQueen 128 units tall, changed some textures and fixed a few things in E2M9, removed all other episodes from the menu selection and tweaked the difficulty names.
Update 08/15/2022: Corrected any actors that were supposed to be playing Apone's voice clips from the dehacked lump in decorate.
Update 01/08/2023: Replaced BlueArmor with the ATCArmorSpawner, set the minigun to play it's spinning-idle sound on CHAN_WEAPON so that picking up items won't cause the sound to turn off, fixed some texture alignments, and add a few actors that play movie lines back into E2M9 that I removed previously due to a mistake decoding the Dehacked lump into decorate.
Update 01/21/2023: Fixed ATCArmorReplacer start-up error.
Update 10/9/2023: Added the stretcher animator to blood decals on walls, adjusted damage and ammo capacity of the weapons along with ammo icons on the HUD, organized the file structure, made the autoturret pickup replace the chainsaw on maps, created a new backpack sprite to show what you actually pickup, removed many unused sprites and actors.
*Note: This was only intended to be played on E2M1 through E3M2 which were turned into the alien levels, too many actors are modified by the dehacked lump (decorations turned into aliens or big rocks) to play normal Doom with this.
Do you think that for a future version you could make it so that the first and fourth episodes of Doom can't be selected from the menu anymore?
If it's possible that is.

It is the best, I keep coming back to it every time I check out new and updated Doom2 mods.
so this covers all episodes of ultimate doom and covers doom 2 and it expansions? final doom too?

Apone's audio clips don't play while going through that first map. Did they get removed?
I think so, looked at the map file in this mod and I dont see any linedefs on E2M1 that would play a sound so they(Kontra Commando) probably did. I can try to find the old maps and see how to add that back in for future releases.
This is now fixed and updated, I had seen a couple videos of ATC where those voice clips were playing and wondered how that was done and why it wasn't in this version but, it is corrected now.
