In this clip it shows on of the bonuses of the epicans which is the "guard posts in imperial age" Which means all barracks transform into Guardposts. It is a mix of a archery range and barracks, two houses and a tower while having a 25% extra work rate and +300 more health and some resistance, also costing 50 less wood and but the downside is it takes 2x longer to build and costing stone
