Advanced Detector V1

A little mod that makes the detectors more realistic. It makes all the detectors able to detect any artefact so you can have fun searching for all artefacts using the basic "Echo" detector if you're a hardcore-head like me. There is still an incentive to get a better detector as they still make it easier to search (direction/location etc) but you dont have to. Made by me (ExtremeAlpaca). Feel free to use in any of your own mods but please give me credit. Installation instructions are in the readme but you probably already know how to install a simple mod like this. Enjoy and happy STALKERing! :D
