Yes, good job! It's the Regiment du Roi,
Non-recruitable units are unique and will be present on the campaign map, just like unique general's units, these units cannot be recruited at will. When they are killed off on the battlefield the unit will be lost forever.

The Regiment Du Roi seemed to be the unit you got when you recruited 'Petits Vieux' Infantry. I see now you also have Auvergne Regiment in the game which was another Petits Vieux unit. Why not take out 'Petits Vieux' from the Grand Campaign and have the Auvergne Regiment replace it? It was 4 battalions strong anyway.
