U mean Ekaterinoslav(Dnipro) in Ukraine?
Ekaterinoslav/Yekaterinoslav, there was no such thing as "ukraine" in XVIII century.
The uniform of a serviceman of the light-horse regiment of the Yekaterinoslav cavalry consisted of:
a blue cloth jacket with a red collar, cuffs and lapels;
red harem pants trimmed at the bottom with leather leggings;
wool felt helmet, with white plume.
The color of the regimental device: all metal parts, shoulder straps, aiguillettes, plume, on the helmet, were white.
