5.Copy "Materials" and "Models" from "Half-Life 2 Episode One" & "Counter-Strike Source" and paste in "Abandoned House".

The mod works non-steam, on steam it crashes try not to add textures from Counter-Strike Source and Half-Life 2 Episode One, as it may work.
The author took criticism too close to the heart. And it did not bomb. Errors of mistakes and would have done better. But in general, you can continue to make your fashion at the same level. Somebody does not forbid it.

Yeah guys show some respect to this mod I know this mod suck **** and have bad texture but just give it a try this mod creator a try guys please it's just his first mod you know how hard is it to make a mod its like giving birth to a baby.
