Pirate ship – The Pirate ship is the standard
pirate airship, akin to the Pirate ships of old,
these craft sail the skies looking out for hapless
cargo zeppelins and cruise ships to plunder. A
true jack of all trades capable of building strike
craft, supporting resource operations and even
going head to head with enemy airships using its
two heavy turrets. It suffers from the same
weakness of most all rounder’s in that it
performs none of these roles to an exceptional
degree. Its true strength lies in relative
cheapness compared to the enemies much more
inflexible carriers, allowing Pirate commanders to
scatter Pirate ships across the map and wage a hit
and run war on the enemy.
Mercship – The Merc ship is the bigger brother
of the Pirate ship, bigger, better armed and with
improved onboard systems, the Merc ship is a
carrier first and combat airship second. While it
boasts double the armament of the Pirate ship it
is still hardly a match for the higher level
British or German airships. Merc ships tend to be
piloted by pirates who have made a good profit in
the air and have consequently upgraded their
weaponry.
