AFAIK it isn't possible to create subfractions in TW... :'( There are only 3 funcional AIs.

KW is a paid mod for C&C 3. Subfactions are possible, you just need to configure the AI accordingly, and include it in any subsequent maps.

KW is an addon not a mod and the comment is from 2008 lol
Point being the distinction is virtually meaningless on the backend, and anyone who reads the previous comment won't take it seriously.
