Gondor lord armour, based on Boromir's armour in Osgiliath.
Everything looks very good as always! But Boromir on the fabric where the hips have a certain beautiful ornament, and here it’s just a dark rag ... Sorry for my english XD

Yes, I was considering making one for each fiefdom. then the lord will have the cape matching where they come from.
Ugh thats such a good way to do it John, would b really cool to see their own coat of arms represented!
