Will the Slavs be like a faction? I just, as a Slav, would like to play for them.)
I have already seen them in the form of veneds and sporoi, but sporoi is the old name of the Sclavins and ants, it's better to call them ants, because it was the ants who lived on those lands, the sclavins were located southwest)

Sadly we wont be able to turn the Slavs into a proper faction, but maybe next update we will be able to add a throne pretender that can attack the Gepids/Langobards and form an early slavic state:)
We went for the name "Sporoi" because our Slavs still belong to the Kiev archaeological Culture, so they haven't split into Antes and Sklavenoi yet! But maybe in the future there could be a quest for that...:)
Also, you can recruit the Sporoi! But you need +50 relations with their chief.
As for the applicant, yes, it would be very nice if the Slavs were a force capable of fighting on equal terms with other barbaric peoples of that time (after all, for example, the Slavs fought with the Goths, Sarmatians, Celts and Byzantium), and other Slavs would be pleased with it, thank you for the possible fulfillment of the advice and requests :)
As for the ants, yes, I forgot that they appeared only in the 5th century AD, I was just guided by Wikipedia when I wrote that comment, although I read and studied archaeological cultures, starting with the first possible pre-Balto-Slavic Merzhanovitsky culture)
I pumped up the relationship with the people themselves and their leader to 100+, and for some reason I could only attack them. (for some reason I couldn't fight, it just went back to the strategic map).

Regrding the issue with the Sporoi leader I'm sorry, maybe it's a bug! But all the other minor factions seemed okay to me. Don't you have an option to recruit their troops? Try with the Venedi and let me know if it works for them.

He works with the Veneds, and with other factions, too, but I can't hire Sporoi warriors... Although I really want to..

it does, but this way is not convenient for me, it is easier for me to hire patrol squads. However, as I am sure for any beginner in fashion. Although I played it when there were no minor factions yet)

I seem to not be able to locate Ildico for the newly remade quest "The Sword of Mars", it seems I´ve been told to look for her between the lands of the Gepids, Goths, and Langobards, but I have searched every town and castle only to come up empty-handed, has anyone been able to find her?
She's in the gepid capital, behind the ruined arch in the centre of the town.

Hello and thank you! Special merchants are just other npcs. For the gold try with Khaleb, he's in Alexandria's palace. Beware though, he will ask you something in return!

My favorite mod of warband,straight up blows any other mod,one nitpick though,I wish Africa was more populated with more settlements and more historical accuracy(the Mauro romans didn't control east north ,Africa,Garamantians had more cities), overall this is a pretty great mod and the dev is a W
