3017 is based on a novel in development called 3017. In 3017, you play Andrei Federov, a recently relocated civilian of Lithuania in a post-war dystopia. Struggling with the loss of his girlfriend in an offensive by Civil Guards in the police state, Federov falls apart with only new acquaintances and his thoughts to help him get over his grief. Andrei, like many residents of his apartment and his district, live day to day in the open asylum, but soon he will realise he isn't as powerless as he once thought his predicament placed him to be. As the situation develops alongside a spectrum of plots and storylines at the subcutaneous levels of 3017, Andrei soon discovers he and fellow ideologists can do more than simply get by in the city and beyond. 3017 is a singleplayer source modification with multiple intersecting storylines featuring never seen before demographics.
