Articles - 300 mod for Half-Life 2

I have been thinking about the gameplay mechanics and some other things. It will be mostly CO-OP that's what I think. Now, we do not need an HUD, at all. No croshhair, no health meter, nothing. I want to make it feel like your in the movie, in the game. Make it realy realistic. There will be 2 weapons. The Spear and the Sword, both accompanied by a shield. The shield has two positions, Infront of you, and above your head. I'm thinking above your head for the AI which will shoot arrows at you (Damn those persians and their sexy arrows). There will also be a push mechanic, where the player can push another persian. It will be 4 different pushes. A small push with shield, a continious push with shield, a small push without shield, and a continous push without shield. It'll make it more interesting to be pushing the Persians away just like in the movie. The spear will be able to be thrown anywhere and a spear on the ground will be available for pick-up.
