What exactly does the mod do, if I might asking without sounding like a complete idiot.

Confused about the "Properties that add elemental damage have been removed from the game" change, does that mean it's impossible to find natural element enchanted weapons, or does it mean that enchanting something yourself will no longer give it elemental damage?

Different unit entirely, Volksgrenadiers were basically soldiers still fit for duty, but outside the normal lines for selection. Conscripts are anyone able to walk and fire a rifle, and are generally poorly trained if trained at all.
