Appreciate the criticism on time vs. playing. That helps with the issue. FYI only had an hour to play around with the mod. Emphasis on the word PLAY, not research work arounds to make it work.

As far as your copy paste resolve. I read first 2 pages here while it was downloading. The LAA IS running, saved, etc. It is why I even posted my issue.... I have read the instructions...followed them.. and looking for help... not looking for trolls. Either way. This one is off my list so it doesn't matter. Thanks for the reply.

Just put the mod on and ran the LAA, read only off yadda yadda.
No other mods enabled with this one
Alienware M17x R3 16GB ram

I played as Romulan on a small map I made, CTD after about the 4th save no errors.
Launched again was running fine and smooth and CTD when I clicked an icon too fast no error (had made a bunch of light carrier types ships and was holding shift+click to ramp up the bombers to deploy)

I see there are about 10,000 comments here and really don't have time to scan through to find similar issues and fixes. I ran the game all low settings just to see and had a 3rd CTD when I clicked too fast again same way.

Mod looks like a lot of fun (downloaded the most recent release) but so far I am 15mins into it with 3 CTD. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

Still haven't read up on documentation for issues yet.... but from what I have read on Sins and the RAM issue I decided to lower graphics settings to medium and left mod running most of the day while I was gone. Game never crashed.

I have a fairly new m17x with all the bells and whistles. Have noticed with just about every total conversion mod that when I run everything on max settings (although nice and smooth), I seem to get random dumps....

I use my older map designer maps with the mods (anywhere from 150-250 planets and 6-10 ai opponents). Perhaps this is a part of the crashes. All is well now with the sacrifice of some visual content.

Ok, have Rebellion 1.1 and got the mod all in the right spot. I am using 64-bit OS and exceed all requirements as well.

My settings in game are on High. When I enable the mod the game hangs on the "loading screen". I noticed I had forgotten to run the 64-bit patch so.....

Per the instructions I have tried to patch to the exe. (tried each in the main directory and no, not the dev .exe.) It gives and error saying the patch could not open the .exe?

Could use some help here, thanks.

After getting everything put in place, the mod hangs up after activating. It hangs on the title screen for the mod. Have to alt+tab it and close.

I see it is for rebellion but everything mentioned states diplomacy....?

Fun mod....but crashes a lot. Despite downloading it 3 more times and making sure all was in place. Crashes are random.

One question, cap ship leveling..... I noticed that the majority of the cap ships so far will level-up but there aren't any options to advance the current abilities on the ship as they are maxed out from the initial build of the ship. My OCD kicks in when I see caps with the "+" by them....yet I can't make it go away...
