Is public multiplayer even alive in this mod anymore, asking in general. Wouldn't want to download this mod be greeted with disappointment from all the wasted potential this mod may or not had

Will you charge a few dimes or will it be free, if you are indeed going to release it on Steam?
I wouldn't mind giving a few pennies for such project either way
