In his bio it does not say why he wears the Jedi robe but in the pictures he has the robe in wookiepedia does anyone know why and he only appears twice:

Well, can you say the planets they are? I only saw Rex and the default yellow clone in Phase I and just Bly in Phase II.
But you could now make Rex in PhAse II.

It says there are Commanders ingame,but I only saw Cody
Rex, Deviss, Gree, Bly, etc are in game.
