And the Hebrews were there before THOSE people until they went down to Egypt. Before that, the land was uninhabited.

Eye for an eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, etc. is perfect and balanced justice as it ensures that punishment actually fits the crime. Eye for an eye however has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
How about "Turn the other cheek"? It is perfectly relevant. THEY STOLE IT FROM US * YEARS AGO SO WE'LL STEAL IT FROM THEM. It isn't justice, it's trying to fight fire with fire, and it doesn't work.
So ethically/morally Israel's creation was not justified.
You don't even know what "turn the other cheek" means. When Yeshua (Jesus) said that, He was talking about OFFERING the other cheek up to be struck also. Its not about taking hits and doing nothing about it. You allow it because it will multiply the punishments of the one doing the striking.
If you say, "Hebrews were there first" and mean it, get out of USA, return it to original tribes. From middleage to WWII Jews were scattered all over the Europe + some went to USA. They lost todays Israel to muslims. I see no reason why to return the lost land. If every country asks for lands it had in it's greater age, there won't be a piece of land free of arguments.
I'm part Native American so that would not really apply to me or my family in particular. It would be the right thing to do though to return land to those from which it was stolen. Just because something is "fair" doesn't mean its right. "Finders keeps, losers weepers" is unjust in any case.
It may sound fair to return the land, but history changed conditions. You can't move Americans back to Europe, same applies to Jews and Israel. It only causes conflicts. And if there has to be war, why should anyone outside support any side? Why should USA interfere with every single conflict on the world?
Happening in middle east is becoming "holy war". I heard that many Jews said that they are not doing the right thing.
