Israel certainly has every right to defend itself,what they did in 1967 and 1973 is completely justified,but they dont have the right to "go over the top",and since 1982 they have been pushing it a bit too far.
Ever since the Likud became the dominant party in Israel they have made the Palestinians even more desperate,and paved the way for the rise of Hamas.
Not to mention the constant breaching of the Geneva Convetion, the killing of unarmed civilians, the destrution of homes leading to poverty in IDF controlled regions.
It all started back in 82'.
I do agree that every country (including Isreal) has a right to defend themselves, but often Isreal goes behond self defence and i see that as a problem.
many of there problems are there own doing and the continous threating and assainating of people relly is not helping them at all.
Israel's government is showing a great disconnection with the people. Most Israelis want to offer land to Palestine, but the government won't do it... Once they have land, the Palestinians will have no reason to fight, and if they encroach on (now Israeli) soil, the Israelis have more justification to defend themselves without becoming the villain.

The "Palestinians" as well as Muslims in the region have clearly stated that they won't stop at sharing and will only stop once Israel is "driven into the sea". Israel and their gov't have repeatedly in the past offered compromises and land. But every time they have done so, the PA has rejected everything they have been offered because they want nothing short of the annihilation of Israel and the Hebrew people. They are even worse than Hitler ever was. They just don't have the means to carry out their desires/threats like he did.
Statements of the few do not represent the majority.You are quoting specifically from those points in history during which animosity between Arabs and Israelis was at the highest point.
Has Israel for real offered anything?You are right to say that specific Palestinian groups (i.e Hamas) have acted pretty unreasonable,but don't just blame the Palestinians only in this scenario.Elements within both Israel and Palestine have been acting really unreasonable with each other.
Oh of course! Isn't it obvious? since 1948 6 Million+ Jews/Israelis/Non-Arabs have been killed by the vile evil Palies,its not like the Palestinians are paying for the Nazis' crimes or anything like that,right?

There you have it. The Israeli people are not the problem. I think if things in the Holy Land return to how they were before Israel was created (Jews, Christians and Muslims living together in peace), we wouldn't be in this mess.
