This happened to me. I played a different game for a while and came back and couldn't play EAW, FOC, or RAW. I ended up reinstalling EAW and FOC, but not RAW until 1.2. But, when I click on the RAW icon, the clone helmet, it plays FOC. My idea: reinstall. Let me know what happens.

You can build it ONLY on Minntooine (spelling?) at Tech 3 or 4 with a Level 4+ Space Station. Did that help?
