I use HFM mod as base, and as far as I recall, Mexico had already decision to do that.

Yea, I have plans to add integration events for South Africa over various parts of that part of Africa. Although I mostly want to improve migration mechanic for that part of the world, cause in most of my test games, pops dont migrate there, even with gold rush and etc and I think it is to do with pop types and predisposed values of region preference in their files.

For 0.1 when it comes to China I plan to only add few more treaty ports and overhaul some of the Chinese coast provinces by adding more, so there wouldnt be singular giant chunks (like splitting Peking province in 4 provinces and etc).
Yey... though wouldnt it be better to bring back some of the rgos, like cotton, timber, silk >.> cause vicky2 economy is icky as it is, just would reduce some of the risks of economy breaking, while still leaving the artisans and etc as part of production of higher tier goods from rgos.
Regular infantry building requirements could be changed to regular_clothes, just from play testing, world seems to experience lack of luxury clothes because of its extensive production line and need for silk and as such no one is able to build regular infantry for decades, and such, most powers end up having few units or no at all.
Also regular_clothes_factory could be changed to use fabric and wool, instead of fabric and silk, to also reduce high dependency on silk.
Same with horses.... no one is producing them.....
Another thing, Courland primary culture should be changed to Eastern German.

Yeah I am a bit reworking stuff in regards to polish uprising. Pass reforms, like in Scandinavia Union decision chain, that you establish custom unions, and etc. Basically I want to make that integrating created puppets is more dynamic, with possibility of them also breaking free, so it wouldnt just be straight forward route to recreated Commonwealth. This way, could create that end results of a state are different - unitary/federation/civil war

Also game has been extended by 20 years in game files, so end date is 1956. There arent new techs, but new innovations that will have possibility to unlock. Probably will need re-balance something, but yeah no worries on missing out 1/3 of game as Poland. Plenty of time will be available to expend.

I am fully aware that it lost autonomy and personal union status , that is why its not a puppet, its a substate so it cant break free or do much ( puppets at least can declare war on their masters to break free or whenever they are sphered by other nations, those nations can get events to break them free, with substates not so much as they are just states within state). Why I added is because game wise, usually when the rebellion happens they have zero units, even when Poles over the course of the insurrection deployed 200,000 troops, this way ai at least will build up something, because again, the way how rebellion happens, they have nothing, and it is pointless for other nations to even send supplies as part of their event chains because Russia will just siege down everything without any opposition. So just imagine that it having the ''substate'' status till the rebellion is part of ''integrating'' territories within Russia.
