Were working on some additions to the custom skins that are now available in Dodgeball:Source. They may or may not be ready for our march 21st release date.

Actually, Dodgeball:Source Alpha 6 has been out for a few months. I think most of the community has upgraded by now. Im glad you are able to play.

We are very close to the release of Alpha 7 now and it will make some major improvements to the gameplay. We are also releasing some of our best maps so far in Alpha 7.

Thanks for downloading Dodgeball:Source! It is odd that you are not seeing any servers in your server browser. It is more odd that you cant check "Dodgeball Alpha 6" in your list of games in your filters. I havent seen this issue before.

There is always at least one official server up, and usually more. We are also in the process of renting another official server.

Check out the forums on Dodgeballsource.com . There are many helpful hints there to get your game up and running. Also, any DB:S players are welcome to contact me at (AIM) xmodslive or (email) xsystemmods@gmail.com..

Every mod I try seems to have issues. Especially if its multiplayer. I really hope Valve is working around the clock this weekend to get it fixed. This is plain ridiculous.

Gravity gun? The gravity gun was used in no way in the development of this mod. The throws were actually based off the grenade code.

Seems to me that you are in the minority here and didnt really play long enough to get a feel for the mod.

A 1 second lag between throwing and when the ball is released? I have not noticed this. Are you sure this wasnt due to server lag? Please let me know which version you are using also.

Well, the map you downloaded most likely is one of the maps that will be included with Alpha 4. However, we cant possibly include every map out there that has been created for DB. We will only package the official maps with the build of the mod.

We have hit a slight problem with a crash in alpha 4 and we are resolving it now. Sorry for the delay but, we want to make sure that the release is as complete and bug free as possible.

The "out system" you speak of will be coming out very soon. It is titled competition mode. The version that you are playing now is more of Dodgeball Deathmatch than anything.

Remember that this is an Alpha release!Alpha 4 will be released on Friday and will be a SIGNIFICANT upgrade to the current build.

Well, Im glad you had a chance to check out the mod at least. I apologize that you experienced a crash. We are continuing to adress some issues with the physics in the game. The game will continue to get more stable as we progress towards a beta. Remember that we are only at Alpha 3.5.

By next Friday, expect Alpha 4 which will be even more stable and also will contain all of the new content that we have prepared over the last month.
