Is there a possible way to make a Galactic Conquest with only Empire and Rebellion and without the Story Quests ? Purely Sandbox. Like the GC in S.A.U Mod with every Planet and without triggers and quests.
It seems everytime the other Factions trigger some "Quests" for them the game freezes.
