Man, now I feel dumb. I made my own personal mod that does this only to find another mod that does the same thing.

Just add "all," to it like in the previous levels. Either that or just add the factions you want which can build those levels in previous versions.

Really easy tweak. Going from memory here. Sorry it took so long, but I didn't even see these comments until I came back here today to reinstall Tsardoms. Since my harddrive died and all that.

Love this mod, but that sort of thing always makes me sad.

Edit: it's still a great mod though, and the road tiers are easy to re-enable if someone actually wants to.

There was an issue with portraits. I have since fixed it in the updated file.

Also, I need help. I want to tweak the files a bit so I can have more than a few fiefs before tax inefficiency kicks in, how do I do that with this mod? I don't want unlimited fiefs, just like ten or so. I tried doing it the way you do it with native but the numbers are all different so I can't do it.

It's like my 14 year old self's dream coming true with regards to RS.:D

Is there an install guide for this? I don't know what mod this submod is for. Or what version. But I'm really interested.

I only wish you all would use those colors and that general design for the banner of Arthedain. Blue and silver and some black look quite sexy indeed!

Still, the fact that y'all are so clearly cribbing from MERP for your stuff on the whole in terms of ideas (which is something a lot of LOTR mods seem to do) is at least better than going with the films.

Any way to enable magic in sieges? I don't GAF about balance. I just want fun.:D
