So today i updated my windows 10 to 1903 and reinstalled DX.
After doing that i installed the mod as using the normal method.
Everything works fine now,really weird lol.

Installing DX didnt not work.
I will try the alternative install method and report back.

i have now confirmed that enb infact does not run
and when using the dll that the enb has provided the game just instantly crashes

After using a dll from the windows directory the game now starts but i am still unsure if the enb is being used

I have an issue where the game crashes as soon as it starts up.
I have narrowed the issue down to the ENB and Windows 10 Compatability.
After deleting the d3d9.dll file from the game folder the game starts normally.
But now i am not sure if the enb is running or not.
