Four wheels and a steering wheel, that's all i need. But it shouldn't flip over that easy, because i shut the door to hard ;-)

Yep, tree hopping and quick saving. That is exactly how i did it. But i still think the concept of an escape car is something else ;-)

I'm really sure this was discussed before, but what the hell is wrong with the escape car in the dark valley?
I tried it several times, but i couldn't even drive off the "parking spot". It flipped over on the second corner :-/
So i tried to escape the heli on foot. It cost me a few bandages and medikits, but i finally made it. In the next level i jumped in the army jeep which is standing near by. And guess what, this car "acts" totally normal (under the given circumstances).

Didn't notice that yet. But i doubt, this would make these long *** walks more attractive ;-)

Got the same problem from time to time. Here is what dezodor suggests (thanks again for the advice), lower your objects and texture details. It worked for me. It still crashes with the same error, but now i can play for hours before it hits me ;-)

So good, so far. The game runs smoother as before, but i still getting some random crashes because of a lack of memory?

And the military guys at the railway bridge in Cordon show no reaction if you are encountering them from the tunnel besides them.

So you did finished the game? Well, then for you it's easy to say it doesn't bother you when the new patch is coming. But for those who can't play, stuck in a level or have a "story blocker" because of a maybe terrible bug, we will moan!!! If you can't take it anymore put some gum in your ears! I'm sick of the "it doesn't matter when the patch is coming people"!
Dezowave posted in the GSC forum on June, 10th the patch is ready to 99%. So where the hell is it?

What kind of stupid answer is that? Do you really think he never heard that before? The second patch is announced for weeks now,it's totally natural that people get jumpy and loose their patience.

I did not have problems like this in any other S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game before. But okay, i'm open for solutions, i will give it a shot.

That's what i meant. I pressed the quicksave button more than fire button. And as i wrote it before, even if i did this, if i'm very lucky i get a quicksave, otherwise i see my desktop again.
And until now i played this game in the usual way with the usual or normal amount of savegames.

Dear Dezowave-Team,

now the game is out for 3 weeks and i played it since the very beginning. As i read it's very possible that during playing we will be encountering a few bugs, i thought how bad can it be. Don't get me wrong, i appreciate all the work you've done and i was very happy as i read the game will finally come. But now after crashes beyond countable i lost my patience and it's time to drop some lines. Right now i "stuck" in the village Chornobyl because none of my savegames work anymore. And not to mention to this point i "quicksaved" my way through the level, which was an experience as well, because everytime i hit quicksave or ESC or PDA it's possible to land on my desktop immediatly. Yes, i have the official patch and no, i don't have any unofficial stuff installed.

So why in God's name did you release such an instabile and unfinished game with a large amount of crashes, broken quests, missing dialog options and my "favourite" guys who blocking doors?

You know i was very sad as you changed the date from september 24, 2012 to TBD again. And i know the story about the beta testers and the leak. Now the game is out, one patch is already there, the next one comes up, to which one i'm looking forward as well, and people help themselves by creating own patches and fixes. I mean from the look of it right now how many patches do we have to expect? I'm really sorry for the attitude but this i had to write of my chest. I know you did and do this in your spare time and i don't have any experience in programming and i love waht you have done with the game so far and i will play it again. As i read in another forum, with the next patch we have to start a new game anyway and i will give it a try. So thanks for reading this eventually and sorry again for my harshness.

Hi guys!
It doesn't matter. I found both of it, drug case and the guitar, Greben still won't talk to me.
If you start the level, f**k the rats up, turn left (so the gas station is behind you) and then walk the paved way to the village. If you pass the first building in the village on the left side, turn left and walk towards the wall, you should see a ruined building. Between the ruine and the normal house lies the guitar in the gras.

Here's a little solution to the "broken" Yantar quest with Duty member Greben in case he is wandering off and winds up dead after you accept the quest.
I played it several times, he will be killed by bandits.

Before you accept the quest, go to the village (7 or 8 targets) and the gas station ( 4 targets) and gun all bandits down except one. Then take the quest and get rid of the remaining bandits, so Greben won't stumble in any gunfight at all and you can complete the quest.

Do not kill all bandits before you take the quest!!!

Anyone else stuck in a cutscene with scientists from the past in Lab-18?

(Not the one where the scientist jump in the vortex.)
