The mod is old, the files are from 2015. SO they probably don't work anymore. (Late reply I know)

Mods do not require DLC unless it says that it is, so buying the standard version should be fine.

This is a great mod, I really hope you can do the covenant but I've heard that is hard because they have a different skeleton structure then the normal models. Hope you can do it.
