Whenever I install the mod, the models always appear as a plain blue human shape that is slightly leaning backwards. I don't know why it does this, I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times now and it continues to persist. Please help.
I'm having this problem also, and nothing will appear in the editor either! The tab saying hl2 and all the units show up but nothing will actually spawn!

Every time I try to download, it stops at 30 percent. Any help is appreciated.
All NPCs are blue and their torso and arms are bent all over the place. How do I fix that?
Also they have the vanilla WW2 American clothes everything else works fine except for the floor on Underground.

I downloaded everything unziped files and put them into one folder but when i run editor it does not show half life under mods. The game does not recognise it and yes i put one folder into mods of call to arms
The mod is old, the files are from 2015. SO they probably don't work anymore. (Late reply I know)
