Hmm... Spróbuj usunąć wszystkie pliki .bin z folderu text (tylko niech cie ręka boska broni przed usunięciem imperial_campaign_regions_and_settlement_names.txt.strings!!!).

Jak ci gra crashuje na pierwszym wczytywaniu, to bankowo masz coś źle zainstalowane.

Bo najwyraźniej źle go zainstalowałeś, albo masz sromotnego pecha.

So i can't help.

In so short a time is impossible to translate such great number of descriptions, so translation will be upgrading in every patch.
We cannot translate provinces names, because the man responsible for the provinces did the wrong job, and mod is crashing when you try to translate it.

Without logs I can't do more... sorry.

It's normal, game is crashing (for me) every 4th faction selection - this is caused by a large number of factions, portraits, maps...
Try to delete maps files in data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign

Crashes at 3-4 faction change, or instantly after entering campaign menu?

I installed once more everything, and looks good. Are you using Executable to start mod? If yes - try once more and after crash upload here logs from Medieval 2 Total War/logs.

Wynika to z faktu, że medieval jest ograniczony technologicznie i dla niego w menu jest za dużo frakcji, portretów, map...
Z tego co wiem crashuje co 4 przekliknięcie, więc do trzech razy sztuka:D
