I have a problem maybe someone can help me...
I tried to establish some productive enterprises but i cant seem to find ANY city which doesnt make minus with every possible choice..it goes form -80 to -1500 nothing makes + how is that possible? How am i supposed to get money now?(beside fiefs) since buying land is not an option anymore as well...
