I found out how to do it never mind it turned out it was because I had not launched the game yet

Sorry I meant it said user.script.txt

When I try and launch the game from the launcher it says to me: "It seems that your user.txt is missing. Please enable it from Settings -> SP.MP or custom script. What does this mean I have tried clicking on what it tells me to but I have no idea what it means and it still comes up with the same error message. Can someone help??

When I extract the zip file it says Windows cannot open this file and it asks me to select which program to use to read it, what program should I use or does it not matter?
