This is a known bug and developers works at this mission and will release a patch

Who don't know how to complete Truck Stop mission, send to me a message, I know how to complete it

I know a way to complete it, without hacks and glitches

Truck Stop mission is bugged, when Phill drives the truck he always move forward and stuck into the buildings.
